Hélder takes pride in helping his clients make a permanent change to their well being. For the past 20 years Hélder has  helped people from all walks of life exceed their mental, health and fitness goals. Ranging from career change, personal relationships, goals settings as well as weight-loss, strength, conditioning  and overall health and fitness improvement. 

As Hélder's clients have busy lifestyles, he supports his clients by organizing their fitness program and their nutritional needs. Making health and fitness a priority has had a significant impact on all parts of his clients life.

Start with a strong foundation.

CONSULTATION

Everything starts with a consultation. We discuss your current level of fitness, any health issues, and what your goals are. Then an assessment is done to observe your body mechanics, this helps me understand any areas of your body which are restricted and need to be worked on.

Goals are important when putting together a Training Plan, and depending on what your goals are, I will create an efficient plan tailored specifically for you and your body. After every training session we will be able to monitor your progression and see the results you're aiming for.

 
 

training Principles

 

No matter what your goal is, workouts will follow Functional Training principles with a focus on body mechanics and technique. In our modern lifestyle a lot of time being spent sitting and this causes mechanical issues, this is why my principles are all based on movement and mobility.
