The first step I take with my clients is teaching them good technique. By engaging the muscles to their full potential, the exercise becomes more effective in developing the body and also preventing injury. A lot of time in our modern society is spent sitting, this causes underlying problems to our movement and posture. To tackle this I work on strengthening affected areas, building better body mechanics which results in better posture.
